CAST's service line provides initial assistance, capturing and classifying incidents and customer demands, as well as monitoring the delivery lifecycle, guaranteeing service level agreements (SLAs) in accordance with ITIL best practices.
 
The team responsible for this service is qualified to deal with the end user and acts as the only point of contact.
 
As a solution agent, when the needs are part of the 1-level scope (mainly user doubts), and as a directing agent, for CAST's 2 and 3-level teams, as well as other suppliers of its clients.

CAST offers remote or local support for its clients' business processes and SAP technological environment (ABAP, Netweaver and BASIS), maintaining the availability of the functionalities implemented in accordance with service level agreements (SLA).

This service line includes 2-level support, carried out by specialized staff and certified resources in SAP R/3, SAP BI, SAP PI, SCM, CRM, among others.

The purpose of the Enhancements service line is to design, develop and test new functionalities or evolutions of existing functionalities, as requested by the client.

The service is provided remotely and/or locally by a dedicated team of functional and technical consultants, with a focus on developing viable evolutionary solutions for metrification, using tangible and market-recognized techniques.

Requests must be of a size that does not require formal project management structure (resource and budget management, PMO).

CAST's BASIS solution center remotely monitors SAP tools, databases, operating systems, servers, links and the customer's infrastructure, with a focus on managing IT availability, capacity and continuity.

This line of service is carried out by trained and experienced professionals, using a technical checklist to optimize processes proactively and identify actions to minimize the impact of infrastructure-related incidents, using service scripts and performance indicators.

The Software Factory develops applications based on CMMI standards and procedures, guaranteeing excellence in the code produced. This line of service is designed to support projects with large code demands and to develop applications tailored to the client's needs. The work can be carried out in the following cycles:

  • Code factory.
  • Physical project factory (code, design and technical validation).
  • Logical design factory (physical design, functional design and validation).
