Welcome! This is your direct channel to our ombudsman.

Register your occurrences according to their nature: Suggestion, Compliment, Criticism, Complaint or Other.

In each case, you can choose to keep your record confidential or anonymous.

Confidentiality: Although you provide your details, they will be kept confidential by the Ombudsman's team.

Anonymity: We won't know who you are, where you live or where you are from. Occurrences without a name or that use nicknames/pseudonyms are considered anonymous. We would like to point out, however, that it is everyone's right not to be identified and to choose to remain anonymous.

However, incidents made by people who identify themselves have a better chance of being investigated because, for example, they allow the Ombudsman to contact the user directly in search of more complete information.

Please note: only incidents where the Ombudsman's preliminary analysis confirms the veracity of the information will be accepted and investigated. Therefore, try to present consistent and verifiable data, especially in anonymous cases, as these do not allow direct contact with the complainant.

In addition, the lack of information about the person makes it impossible for the Ombudsman to give a final answer and can make it difficult or impossible to complete the process.
