Objective
To reinforce our commitment to respect for the environment and the country's sustainable development by establishing a set of general intentions and principles for the company in relation to its environmental performance.
ENVIRONMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL
Continuous improvement, waste minimization, pollution prevention and the involvement of our employees will be
the basis for implementing this policy. Therefore, everyone must commit to the following environmental policy:
- Practicing environmental management as a dynamic, evolving process with permanent feedback;
- To seek full compliance with the legislation and standards in force and, where possible, to exceed them;
- Providing adequate facilities for the sites, with a view to protecting the environment, together with proper integration of the employee and the work environment;
- We strive to adapt our techniques for using inputs, carefully avoiding the generation of environmentally harmful waste;
- Encourage suppliers, partners and contractors to adopt these principles;
- Rationalizing the use of natural resources and combating the waste of electricity and water;
- Disseminate the policy by educating and training our employees, encouraging them to conduct their activities in an environmentally responsible manner.

We make permanent efforts to reduce or even eliminate the impact of processes on the environment, as well as to rationalize the use of natural resources. We also work to raise awareness among our workforce, seeing each individual as a multiplier of these concepts.
We are concerned with the rational use of raw materials, inputs, water and energy, as well as generating less waste. These determinations are part of its environmental protection policy, the implementation of which is based on continuous improvement, waste minimization, pollution prevention and the involvement of our employees.

Conscious Energy Consumption: We make rational use of electricity in our facilities, undertaking solutions that enable
to generate the maximum amount of energy with the minimum expenditure of natural resources.
Conscious Water Consumption: We have adopted a policy of encouraging the rational use of water, through the use of equipment equipped with the necessary technology for reduction, such as coupled boxes, timer taps and automation of irrigation of green areas.
Quality of Life: We promote quality of life, the physical and emotional well-being of the group's employees and a work environment that complies with occupational health standards.
